After a long time I spent a Sunday much more productively. Got up in the morning, had breakfast, took shower and headed to office. I must say to have your home near office is always an added advantage.
These days I am catching interest in a lot of Open Source developments happening around the world. Primary interest for now is APACHE SOFTWARE FOUNDATION (ASF). ASF has got so many open source projects which can prove really very helpful to the software developers like me. Most of the projects on ASF are Java based and being a Java developer ASF is becoming my favorite place to visit.
At this point of time the projects in APACHE I am looking at are Roller and Turbine. If you are also a Java geek do take a look at www.apache.org, trust me you will like it.
Also, I am planning to buy a new laptop so I spent sometime researching on the internet about the different models from different companies that might suit my requirement and their prices. Currently I think Dell Inspiron or Dell XPS may turn out to be my final choice, I am not very sure though. Just leave your comments if you have any suggestion for me while choosing a laptop.
